Australia's Stampin Up convention is only days away.  I am off tomorrow to join the excitement.  Before I go I thought I would share some cards that I made for swaps.  I used the lovely Kindness set for both of these cards.

and then a pretty one.  I must admit I love pretty in pink and certainly celery.

After lunch I hope to take some pics of the two key tags and books that I made.  I great idea to personalize a gift for some one special.

Take care

Did you hear my squeals????

Look at the fabulous box of goodies that arrived today.  I am so excited.  I have to finish doing a few things and then I am off to mount them.  Hopefully tomorrow I will get some time to play.  Must go to work first however.   I hope you enjoy my little glimpse.

Take care,

Scribble this...crayon resist.

I hope that you all had a wonderful this Easter as we remember Christs death and wonderous ressurection.  May it also be a time of cherishing family and friends.

I have been busy with work preparing to have some days off enabling me to attend Stampin Up's Convention for the first time.  I am very excited but a little tired with a long list of things to do.  I have a card that I hope will enspire you a little.  This card utilises a technique called crayon resist.  I think this technique is really effective and love this.  I am sorry it has been a while since my last post.

Stamps : Scribble this

Card stock: Glossy white, basic black, Certainly celery

Ink:Certainly Celery, Tempting Turquoise, Stazon black

Accessories: Wax crayon (the kids) Sponge, paper piercer, White gel pen.

Sorry I have been lost in action.  My beautiful girl had an operation last week and I got the opportunity to be her personal nurse.  I really enjoyed being able to care for her.  I think it was good mother and daughter time.  We played games and ate ice cream together, and even bought some shoes...

The new Catalogue is beautiful and there are so many wonderful things in there.  The only problem is that they all look like they are on my wish list;)  I am about to go and place my order for the New SU Year..  but before I go here is a "wanted" card.  I really love this set and I am thankful that it is in the new Catty.  So here is the card.

Stamps : Wanted, Happy everything

Card stock: Choc chip, Close to Cocoa, Sage Shadow, Very Vanilla

Ink: Choc Chip, Close to Cocoa, Sage Shadow

Accessories: Sage shadow eyelet, paper piercer

I look forward to some new stamps to show you soon.  Take care
