Time to get well!!

Well what a week..  It seems like the family is down and out with colds, chest infections and bronchitis..  I am hoping that I get some time out from being Mum and Nurse.  I will show you some more cards after I have had time to play.  Take care and keep well.

Black horses!

I thought I would take some time out of house work and show you another of my Wanted cards.  I really like this stamp set.  it is very versatile.

Stamps : Wanted and Brocade

Card stock : Basic black, metallic brushed copper, and Ivory naturals

Ink : Versamark, Really rust and Basic Black

Accessories : Clear embossing powder, heat gun, sponges, copper brads, copper cord 

Baroque Pumpkin

It has been a busy week so far.  I have a sick child at home so I have been a little preoccupied. Here is a card that we made at one of the classes I run.  It is so simple to do but looks lovely.  I decided to challenge myself and use pumpkin pie card stock.  This card I partly CAsed from Marelle Taylor, she does some lovely cards.  I think it looks nice especially with a little bit of bling!!  That is one of Stampin up's new rhinestone brads.  I will be back with more soon... 

Pretty Boho Backgrounds

I was having a little play with my new set Boho Backgrounds from Stampin' Up!.  It is such a pretty set I thought it needed to be in pink!!

Stamps : Boho backgrounds, It's your birthday

Card stock: Basic Grey, Pretty Pink, Whisper White

Ink: Versamark, Pretty pink, Basic grey

Accessories: Heat and glue powder, dazzling diamonds, dimensionals, Basic grey taffeta ribbon, and 1/2" circle punch.  (that is what gives the ticket punch effect!!  It's a great trick ;)

Rustic Wanted

I have been creating for the the Elite Challengers Blog, Sketch Challenge 9.  I used the Wanted stamp set from Stampin Up.  I really like this set it is very versatile.  This is my take on the sketch..  I don't think this is the best photo though.

Stampin' Up! has a wonderful promotion this month. I know that we are nearly half way through May but better late than never. It is the Palette o' Prints! promotion. I really like these papers it makes it so easy to create wonderful cards like the one below.

Happy Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day to all the Mum's, Gran's and Nana's  out there.  I hope you have had a wonderful and restful day.  I forgot to take a photo of the cards I made for my Mum and Mother-in-law so I thought I would put a wonderful card up instead.  Have a great day! (What is left of it)

Basic Baroque

I am getting into the month that has lots of families birthdays.  So I needed to get creative and do up some male birthday cards.  I have just got this stamp from Stampin' Up! and I am loving it.. Everything was a little "Baroque"  for  day or two. ;)
